Translating the in-store rewards program, online. Design & build of the reward landing pages, campaign & triggered emails that would include dynamic content blocks.

The use of icons and coloured tabs helps simplify the table. On mobile, the member tier tabs are fixed so they scroll with the user allowing them to view the benefits of each tier easily.

To encourage customers to become members a ‘Double Your Rewards Discount’ promotion ran. 

The public-facing homepage encouraged users to subscribe to receive their discount and the logged-in members received a discount tier dependant.

Email Marketing

A variation of emails were designed for the rewards welcome program and a number of dynamic content blocks were required so the customer would receive the relevant member tier information. For example a gold member would receive a 30% discount as well as other ‘gold member’ benefits such as free shipping and so on.

Dynamic content blocks were required for different member tiers so the customer would receive an email relevant to their tier and the reward benefits that went with it.
